Slip transfers require agreement between Buyer, Seller and TMA. 

SLIPS AVAILABLE:

Check out the location of the slips available - Dock Layout and Slip Numbers.  Then contact the seller.  You must follow the slip transfer process outlined above.  Note to sellers:  TMA does not refund annual assessments -- this is negotiated between buyer and seller.

Todd Marina's standard slip size is 12 X 30 ft.  Slips 12, 13, 14 and 15 (on the East Dock) are larger at 14 X 30 ft. Boat size for all slips is limited to 32 ft. All slips are covered. Water and electricity in close proximity to each slip. Security cameras and Wi-Fi access at Marina.
